We have a team of professionals attending to all employment related matters and are regarded as experts in this field. We represent employers, employees, employer organizations and unions at internal dispute hearings, CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Labour Courts. We guide and draft employment contracts, disciplinary codes and procedures and company policies on behalf of employers and advise both employers and employees on the rights and obligations in terms of collective agreements and various Bargaining Council requirements. These matters are handled by Ramesh Harkoo, Nisean Gobind and Jenine Soobramoney. Mr. Ramesh Harkoo has at the request of senior Judges been appointed as an Acting Judge at the Labour Court Durban.
