Our experience at the Constitutional Court is limited; however matters of a constitutional nature have often been raised in the course of our litigation matters at both Magistrate Court and High Court. Furthermore our Mr. Ramesh Harkoo has obtained a certificate In Constitutional Litigation. We are therefore equipped to handle matters of this nature.
